Books: Too Much Useless Words

When we bought a book from a book shop. We read it over, but we found the content to be written with many meaningless words. We could not catch where the key point was.
This is what we have experienced so far. The reason is that writers earn their income by the quantity of words. The more they write the more they earn. That is why they have to write many unnecessary words for more income.
In the West the book of Bible is very concise, and the play writer Shakespeare was also the writer who did not write too much unnecessary words. Of course, in the World War Two, the British prime minster Churchill’s speeches were all practical, to say what he should say.
In China, the Analects was also a book which was concise in every page. Therefore, this was a book to teach people in the old days.
Of course, we know that novels are books which are full of unrealistic words. When we enjoy reading those empty words, we feel it helps more interesting to read.
But, for ordinary books, we must be careful not to buy books with too much unnecessary description. Our time which means our life shall not be enough for us to waste on the things of meaninglessness.
