How To Be No sickness

We are human eating rice, with a flesh body, impossible to be no sickness. But, unless we are hurt by accident, in our normal life, we can keep ourselves from not to be in illness. The following six ways can be a guidance:-
1. Sufficient sleep. It is, of course, that sleep should be according to the age of a person and the depth of our sleep. Then, we can decide how long we should sleep on bed. If we find ourselves in good spirit next day, it is a proof that we have enough sleep.
2. Balanced food. Food is not necessary to be expensive, but we have to combine meat and vegetable together as our daily meal. Too much vegetable as our meal is not advisable, so does too much meat.
3. Adequate exercise. Exercise should be based on our age. But, the key point of exercise is to make our blood moving. As long as our blood vessel is fluent in good working order, we are surely in good health.
4. Good digestion. If we only eat food and no out, food will turn to be poisonous. A glass of water in the morning will be very helpful.
5. Peaceful mind should be all the time, which is to keep our good health as long as we live.
6. To love and to be loved, better in man and woman relationship. If not, to help others is also a kind of love.
