Hang Leg To Cure Sleeplessness

Almost all old people feel difficult to sleep well in the night. They have time to lie on bed, but cannot fall into dream. May be, in their body, they lack some ingredient which is essential to help sleep.
At the same time, some middle-aged people also have such problem to face a shallow sleep in the night. It is because their hard work during the day and some headache problem force them to think in the night. This may be the cause of sleeplessness.
To cure sleeplessness, the most easy way is to take sleeping pills which is effective in the beginning, but slowly the power of sleeping pills will be gone unless you take more and more in quantity. Therefore, a serious consequence will bring to your health. As sleep pills contain poison in some degrees and if you take pills long, you will feel very uncomfortable in the organs of your body.
However, there is a simple way to cure your sleeplessness. That is that you, hang up your two legs from bed against wall for fifteen to thirty minutes a day. If you can do it for one week or so, your sleep will turn to be better and better. But, you have to do it every day.
