No Illness

We are human, eating vegetables and rice, a body of flesh, which is impossible to resist illness. But, if we are careful to build a strong resistance in our body, illness is not so easy to inflict into our body.
Except accident, we can have many ways to prevent illness. The most popular way for us to get illness is cold and cough. But, if we are careful, still cold is not so easy to fall upon us.
First of all, we must have enough sleep, balance eating, adequate exercise, good digestion. These four factors will build up our strong body resistance to prevent any kind of illness which may visit us.
As far as some serious sickness is concerned, it is entirely due to the fault of the patient. Serious sickness includes cancer, heart attack, lever trouble and so on. Those sickness cannot be cured by doctors even today’s medical knowledge is so progressive.
Persons whose life is involved to heavy drinking of alcohol, fooling around too much in night life and some other bad habits are easy to get such uncured sickness.
Actually, if we pay more attention to our daily life, any kind of sickness is not easy to attack us. We must have confidence to do it.
