How To Live long

Everybody wishes to live long, but still, many people cannot live long. Why? It is because everybody has a different life style which decides the length of this person’s life to live in this world.
We know somebody can live up to ninety or more, many at around eighty gone and very few died at seventy or so.
A small number of people died at fifty or sixty. It is due to their wicked life which have brought their life to end early. They over drink alcohol, spending their night as day. Thus, deadly illness attacks to their organs which are impossible to be cured. Against their will they have to say goodbye to this beautiful world.
Up to now no scientist has written an article as how to live a long life. Therefore, we have to depend on ourselves to find a way how to live longer.
First, we should have enough sleep which is the foundation of long life. Second, eating balancely, over-eaten is the main reason to cause serious illness. Third do exercise regularly according to your capacity of age. Fourth, away from Constipation. Fifth to keep a peaceful mind always. Sixth to love and be loved.
