Socrates

Socrates was the great Greek philosopher in middle century. His writings were admired by the people at that time in Greece. He had many students to learn his philosophy. But, it was really a pity that he was sentenced to death by the then government at his age of seventy upon the charges of illegal religion. Following is his words:
1. “The years wrinkles our skin, but lack of enthusiasm wrinkles our soul.”
When we enter at middle age, our face will automatically appear wrinkles. But, we should not let wrinkles in our soul. We must be positive to live our life as young as possible.
2. “Do not go through life like leaf blown from here to there believing what even you are told.”
In our life we must understand ourself. Never follow other people in what they are saying. We should have our firm idea to do what we should do.
3. “A house that has a library in it has a soul.”
If we can have a book shelf at home, full of books, it will certainly to help us to solve any problems in our life.
