Watch Your stomach

All animal’s stomachs are soft, so are human. But this soft stomach brings us life up to age of eighty or even more.
Therefore, we must take care of our stomach all the time. When our stomach is hurt, it indirectly hurts other parts of our body too. As long as our stomach is strong, our whole body is strong too. Stomach is the foundation of our strong body.
But, many people do not pay much attention to our stomach. They drink much, eating much, more than the capacity of the stomach can afford. Then, you will have stomach illness which is not fatal, only giving you a weak body as consequence.
Now, we are going to study how to keep stomach healthy. There is only one way which is to control food going into your mouth. What kind of food you should eat and how much you will eat?
First thing is not to eat too much, leaving space for stomach to digest your food. When food is not well digested, your body will feel uncomfortable, and even you will be sick. Also, avoid to eat food too spicy, too hot, or too cold all of which will hurt your stomach to certain extent and you must be careful all the time.
