Weight Create Muscle

Kangxi Emperor once said: “Feet get older than whole body.” It is because that we walk by feet and once the muscle gone we cannot walk by bones. Therefore, when muscle slowly fades away from feet, it is a sign to be old.
Few years ago, a university in England announced that in their medial faculty, a man who could not walk for years, but, through a cure of burden process on his shoulder for few months, he could begin to walk, not necessary sitting on wheel chairs. It is because he resumed his muscle on feet by the weight on his shoulders.
Therefore, when a man, passing his middle-age, is weak in his feet, he should carry something heavy in his back and walk a certain time every day. By doing this, his feet will surely be stronger and stronger. Our feet need muscle to keep us walk and only by walk, we can live healthy.
If we have muscle, we will not get hurt in falling accidently. Muscle will protect us from hurting bones. Broken bones will give us serious trouble, but muscle wound can only give us a short period pain.
Therefore, if we wish to live health and long, carrying heavy burden on shoulder as an exercise shall be best way to build muscle which is important to our living.
