Sleep Insufficient, No Exercise

If you have a habit of exercising every day, it is of course, good. But, on the other hand, if you do not sleep well in the night, do not exercise next day. You may feel sick after exercise when you are lack of sleep.
Our body needs blood circulation which is from exercise. But, exercise under a state of short of sleep, you will have opposite result. That is you will be sick instead of good effect of your body.
When you are short of sleep, you need your body to be in a state of rest to build the power of your body resistance. You cannot allow your blood circulation to be running fast.
Decades ago, there was an American famous runner who wrote books to teach people how to run. But, one day when he was on a routine running, he died on the street suddenly. It was because that he did not sleep well the night before and the consequence of death fell upon him.
Therefore, exercise is not the best medicine to make our body healthy, but instead, sleep and rest can keep us from illness and live a long life. That is why when we go to hospital to cure our sickness, hospital furnishes us with a bed to rest and with medical assistance, we recover.
