Happiness Depends On Ourselves

Leo Tolstoy said: “Happiness does not depend on outward things but on the way we see them.” This sentence has been said by famous person. It is, of course, right.
We also know that happiness should depend on ourselves. Nobody will give us happiness. On the contrary, others only give us trouble. Therefore, we can only seek happiness by ourselves.
But, the problem is that in spite of the fact we wish, to have happiness, still many troubles come from other people. Unless we have powerful thinking to resist, we cannot escape. The power of happiness is in our heart which is the fundamental weapon to block trouble.
To say is easy, but to do is difficult. When others anger us, we will be difficult to keep a peaceful mind. The best way is to leave the spot, away from trouble area. If circumstance does not permit us to do so, we should keep silence. Silence is the best medicine to deal with troubles, should it falls upon us.
As long as we are prudent and always keep a manner of politeness, trouble should have less chance to inflict on us.
As to ourselves, if we are content with what we have, either materially or spiritually, we should be a happy person in our whole life
