We Live In Habit

Everybody has a habit. Someone has good ones and some has bad ones, and besides, some has meaningless habit.
We all know that to get up early is a good habit and sleep late is a bad habit and very specially, some will have habit of hold a towel while he is in sleep.
Regardless what habit you have, but as long as you do something regularly, it is a habit. Once you do not do it, will feel unpleasant during the day.
Our character can never change, but our habit can change if circumstance forces us to do so.
Bad habit will hurt our health in many ways of our life. Therefore, we must be very careful not to have any kind of bad habit.
But, for good habit, we must keep it long, never abandoning it in our whole life.
For old people, to keep a good habit regularly is the necessity in everyday life, failing which will bring him bad health even death.
Human is a habitual animal. Therefore, we must not addict to any kind of bad habit, only for good habit which we shall keep forever as long as we live.
