Long Life

In ancient time, Chinese Kings were greeted by people to live ten thousand years. Such greeting was ridiculous, but King or Kings all liked, to such unrealistic words.
This shows that human like to live a long life whether they live happily or unhappily. Today, the average age of Chinese people to live is over eighty years old. Of course, some die at seventy and some live to ninety or even one hundred.
It is a natural law that human over seventy declined his body function very drastically and many kinds of illness will appear one another and finally death is the result of human life.
Even the medicine is so progressive today, there is no medicine which can last human life or delaying our wrinkles.
But, by our own wisdom, we can do something to delay our aging, possibly to live ten years or longer.
First we need ample sleep which is the basic to keep our body healthy and delay our aging. Sleep can remedy our body organs to a younger state. Second should maintain a good diet and control the food quantity. Lastly is the exercise, without which our blood circulation will not be in good order.
