Words Of Famous People

Gautama said: “Better than a thousand hollow words, is one word that brings peace.” Gautama is the ancestor of Buddhism, his words are usually deep in meaning. However, we can apply his idea to our daily life. That means that if we say a thousand empty words, better we do in one action.
He also said: “One should strive to understand what underlies sufferings and diseases and aim for health and well-being white gaining in the path.” This tells us that why we will suffer and ill in our life. Therefore, when we are in the course of our life, we should be very careful to be in pursuit of happiness and health.
Schopenhauer said: “We seldom think of what we have, but always of what we lack.” It is the habit of human that we are always not satisfied with what we have, but always seeking new things of what we do not have.
He also said; ‘Ordinary people merely think how they shall spend their time, a man of talent tries to use it.” It is true that most of us always squander time aimlessly, seldom to use our time purposely for the good of our life. We just use our time for pleasure which will only hurt our health and shorten our life. But, the temptation of pleasure is so great that we like to spend time in this way.
