It is ridiculous to think that dog should be at court but the reality is that many dogs are sentenced to death wrongly by human.
An example showed that many years ago in one country part of America, a single father with a child of five lived together with a big dog as a member of their family. When the father went to work, the dog will take care of the child. Such practice lasted few years peacefully. But, one day when the father came back home, he saw blood was everywhere in the room, but the child disappeared. Thinking the dog might have killed his child, the father, without a second thought, took a gun and shot the dog to death. Few minutes later, his child climbed out from under the bed with no harm at all. The father realized the situation of what happened. A wolf might come to his home and his dog defended to fight. But, it is too late to regret. What is done is done.
Dog is useful to human even to defend human world. During the Second World War, German Army attacked Soviet Russia with over a thousand of tanks. Russia used a new tactic to train dogs by putting meat under the tank. Then, the dogs in their instinct that there were foods under the tank. When the real German tanks came, Russian Army bound bombs to dog’s body and let the dogs go to the German tank. The Russia soldiers used electric control to make the bomb exploded under the tanks. A great number to tanks were thus destroyed in such a way.
