Hunger To Reduce Weight

In recent decades, the world, except in a small part, is at peace. The materials are abundant to supply to the needs of the people in the world. Therefore, due to the over nutrition, most people are getting fat which is a serious problem to the health as well as out looking.
We do not like to be fat. But, what shall we do if we are fat? Even we go to doctor who, by the help of medicine, may force us to reduce our weight temporarily. After a short period, our weight comes back again.
To get rid of fat, there is no particular way, but to keep us a feeling of hunger every day, which means to eat less calorie in our daily food.
It is true that to reduce weight is a very painful thing. We may keep hungry by eating less in two days, thus reducing two pounds down, but on the third day we go back to our normal eating and two pounds come back immediately.
If we are determined to reduce our weight, we have to keep our hungry feeling in our stomach for years, only just to have nutrition to meet our body needs.
We all know this point. We can only have wisdom if we have knowledge, or on the contrary, we shall be ignorant if we have no knowledge.
But, where the knowledge comes from? It comes from learning by reading many good books. It is a problem we are facing now. Many people do not like to read books which are bore and time consuming. That is why in society ignorant people are more than wise ones.
