Sleep And Food

Everybody needs sleep and food, or the person cannot live. But, there are three kinds of people who particularly need to pay attention to the sleep and food.
First kind is the middle-aged women who are so seriously to desire to keep youth as long as they can. They are afraid of wrinkles in their faces. Therefore sleep and food are not only to keep their youth longer, but to make them looking ten years younger.
Second group is the middle-aged men who want a successful career, a luxurious life, a healthy body as well. It is also that they can achieve what they want if they pay attention to sleep and food.
Third group is the old people who desire to live long life healthly, up to age of eighty, ninety or even one hundred. This can also be done if they can watch sleep and food.
Sleep is the main point to keep our body healthy. We must sleep enough every day. Second is food which is not necessary to be expensive, but the food we eat must be fully digested in our stomach to get enough nutrition to our body.
If you can pay attention to your sleep and food seriously. Ladies can be looked ten years younger than their actual age. Middle –aged men shall be healthy without any illness. Old people can live independently without helping from others up to the age of one hundred.
