Most of us have a habit that we do not be content with ourselves. We wish to be better and better, especially in the field of materials. Such idea is harmful to our peacefulness. We shall never be happy if we are not content.
We must be content with what we have and enjoy our life on the things which we have in our hand. We must think that the world is so beautiful and we are lucky to live in this beautiful world.
Therefore content is the key point of our happiness by which we will be grateful to the unseen God. But, if we are not content, we shall live in a state of hatred, hating others who are better than us either in wealth or in fame.
Such a thinking is very childish and dangerous. It is because everyone has different destiny and opportunity, thus creating a different kind of life which will make us in a position of superiority or inferiourty. This is a reality.
For an example, in the Olympic Sport Game, swimmers will compete in swimming race. The first champion wins the second only by one finger distance. But, the name of Champion is known to all over the world and the second becomes an ordinary swimmer to whom no one will cheer.
However the situation is, we must accept the reality. The swimmer in second also has done his best, and it is his destiny that he lost the championship by one finger distance. He must be content with what he has got.
