From Dark To Dawn

If we can get up half an hour earlier before dawn and go to park for exercise up to the bright hours, we will surely build ourselves a healthy body.
If you are a young man, you can then have a handsome figure in your appearance, a middle aged man, a body which no illness can get into. For an old man he shall live a long and healthy life.
What you can do if you get up before dawn? You can, if you are young, jog energetically around the park and middle aged men can have a fast walk to make blood circling fast and to an old person, he shall have no sickness of any kind, thus living happily in good health and long life.
Of course, you can do any kind of exercise up to your own choice as long as the exercise will do you good in health.
The key point of getting a good health is entirely to depend upon your persistence without which nothing will be achieved.
We are human, made of flesh. Green trees can be forever green year after year, but to our human, our body of flesh is to turn older year by year. Once we have wrinkle in our forehead, it will never disappear again.
However, if we apply a life from dark to dawn, we can make time to go back instead of going forward. Our looking will be ten years younger under our persistence of early up from bed. It is because the early air we breathe shall bring good effect to our health in every part of our body organs.
