Borrow To Buy House

If you want to buy a house at about H.K. dollars ten million, but you have only three million of your own. In such a case, you had better to borrow seven million from bank. If you do not borrow, you shall miss a chance. It is because one day when you have accumulated ten million of your own, but the price of a house already jumped up fifteen million.
It is better, when you are young, to borrow money from bank to purchase your property for living. You can pay your mortgage for thirty years, paying installment monthly, at a similar amount as you pay rent.
Besides, for a young person, if he can buy property by installment which will have two good points for him. First, he is forced to save money because of the installment. Second, the property will increase by itself in a long run of period.
Of course, property price will be up and down due to demand and supply. But, in a long run, price is only up and never be down. The reason is mostly due to the scarce of land and construction cost. Therefore, the best investment is to invest on property especially the property is to be lived for yourself.
Buy a property when you are young and one day when you are old, you can sell your property at a price ten times more than your purchase price. You can then, with the cash from selling property, go travel and enjoy your life in whatever way you like. You shall spend your money relaxingly without too severe budget.
