We are human, living in this fancy world, among a group of people. We have to face people every day to live our daily life, and surely there will be chance that people will hurt us either in words or in deeds. Of course, we will be angry as a natural response against those who anger us.
But, anger is not good, not only to make our emotion unstable, but also to hurt our health to certain extent. We should find ways to prevent anger into our daily life.
What shall we do? If we find a person who is always to hurt us in some way or the other, we should keep distance from him or just not to meet him absolutely. By so doing the person shall have no chance to hurt us anymore.
Another way to avoid anger is to be polite with any people we meet. Politeness is the best medicine to deal with people either in business or in personal affairs.
But, sometimes anger is not the fault caused by other people. It is caused by ourselves because of our rude manner in words or in deeds. Therefore, we should always check ourselves whether we are in good way to live our life. We must not create anger by ourselves since we are short in life with which we must cherish.
