Eat Less, Speak Less, Think Less

These three “less” is very good to our health. If we eat little less, surely it will give good benefit in our health. In many cases, people get sickness or die early because they eat too much than they actual need.
It is because our stomach cannot work twenty four hours non-stop. It needs rest in order to work efficiently. If our stomach is always full, there will be no space for stomach to digest.
Without a good function of our stomach, we cannot have a healthy body. Every part of our body organs needs nutrition which is from stomach supply. That is why we must pay particular attention to stomach by which our life depends.
The way of eating will decide the length of our life. If we eat properly and carefully, we can live longer or we may die early at an age we should not die. Therefore, eating less is the best way to keep ourselves in good health condition. All kinds of sickness are originated from over eating. It is because food is good on one side, but on the other side it also contains poison. Only lees eating will wipe out poison away by digestion.
Speak less is a way to keep our good spirit. Too much talk will not only hurt our throat, but also make us tired after too much talking.
Thinking less is not to stop our thinking, but avoid to think unnecessary things which, in many times, will confuse our minds. We should only think on what is an essential thing to our life.
