Breakfast Full, No Dinner, You Slim

Whether you are tall, short, fat, as long as you have a fat waist, you need to reduce your weight to get rid of your fat from your waist. If all organs inside our body are full of fat, we surely feel not comfortable. It is the fat which prevent our organs form working properly and, thus, many illnesses appear in our daily life.
We, of course, can ask doctor’s help to reduce our fat and they can do so according to our request. But, the question is that very soon our weight will come back again as previously.
We may eat less to keep our weight down, but by continuing to eat less, our body resistance will be weak and easy to get cold or some kind of small illness.
Monks of Shaolim Monastery in China are all very strong and healthy. They do not eat after twelve o’clock noon. The breakfast and lunch are good enough to support their energy for the whole day. Sport ladies in China, while they are under training, are not allowed to eat dinners before Olympic Game.
Therefore, if we eat a good breakfast and a late light lunch, it should have enough energy for us to consume for the day. In doing so, our body weight will come down slowly and thus, the weight, once down in such a way, will not turn up again.
