Our Life Depends On Sleep

Everyone knows that sleep is important to our health, but few people will realize how serious it is. We do not know the consequence if we are lack of sleep. In the book stores, we can find many kinds of books about health, but to find a book about sleep is not so easy.
Actually our life depends on sleep so deeply that nothing can replace sleep to keep us alive. We can eat less and we can still live. But, if we sleep less for longer period, we will be sick and to the worst case we shall suffer mental disorder.
In the past century in Europe, there was a famous philosophy called Nietzsche. He wrote his articles so good that many many people were his readers. But, it was so pity that at age forty four, he suffered mental disorder and had to stay in mental institution. No one knew why he would get such illness, only presuming that it was due to his extreme searching of his philosophy theory , he hurt his nerves system in his brain. However, it was really a pity that such illness would fall upon a young man of later stage.
Therefore, we shall never borrow time from sleep to enjoy our life, such as fooling around in the night, drinking alcohol day by day or even to work too hard just for earning more money. We must fully realize that once our health is gone, there shall be no hope in our life.
Remember, lack of sleep for longer period will cause mental disorder. Prevention is better than cure and therefore never neglect to sleep as much as you need.
