Reduce Fat, Long Way

If you are a man of fifty year of age, at medium size, weight one hundred fifty lbs., but you feel a little high-blood pressure, waist getting loose and bigger, small illness happening frequently. If it is so, you need to reduce your weight. You must reduce ten pounds as your goal.
But, to reduce ten pounds is not easy. Almost among one hundred persons, only one person will be successful. Then how to reduce! You will go to doctor or to clinic of weight reduction specialist for help. They do not cheat you and in a short period, they help you to reduce ten pounds as you wished.
However, two bad consequences will follow after your reduction. First, your body condition will be inferior as a result of quick reduction. Second, your weight will come back in a few months time. It is a rule that since your weight speeds down in a short period, it will also come back very quickly.
Therefore, you need to depend yourself to reduce your weight. You must plan six month time to reduce ten pounds. In the first month, you may reduce four pounds, second month two pounds and in third, fourth, fifth, sixth month, you can only reduce one pound each month. If you do like this, your health will not hurted. In conclusion, to control weight is a life-long task. You must eat less in every meal which is just enough to keep yourself to live on.
