If we expose our wealth unprotected, wealth will be snatched by other people. That is why everybody keeps his wealth tightly and secretly. But, woman’s beauty is open to everybody who, for most people, wishes to take advantage from a beautiful woman. Therefore, a woman of beauty, if she has no wisdom, can easily suffer herself by the evil behavior from outside people.
Shakespeare said: “Beauty provoked the thieves sooner than gold.” That shows that thieves or robbers have more interest in beautiful women than gold. It is important that any beautiful woman must have wisdom to protect themselves not to let bad people get into their life.
From books we know that some girls, carrying a bag, travelled alone across the world. They walked through deserts and passed mountains. We admire their bravery in every respect. But, on the other hand, we can imagine that all those brave girls are not beautiful. A beautiful girl, traveling alone, will surely face disasters in foreign countries.
In ancient days at Tang Dynasty, a woman of beauty had drawn king’s attention and became concubine of Emperor Ming of Tang. She was the famous lady in Chinese history, called Yang Yuhuan. She enjoyed her life in the palace so luxuriously and happily. But, later, war happened, King escaped to Sichuan together with Yang. On the way, soldiers rebelled and Yang was killed by the King on the demand of soldiers. Her life ended in tragedy.
