When we are sick, we go to see doctor and doctor will cure us and give us medicine according to our illness condition. But, doctor never tells us how to prevent from happening.
There are two reasons why doctor does not say words of prevention. It is because that if you know how to prevent illness, doctor will have no business, no income, thus threating their living in a great scale. Another reason is that if they give a wrong advice, patient will complain to them, may be seriously. It is a best policy for a doctor to keep their mouths shut since patient’s sickness or death has no concern with them.
A fresh example two days ago in Hong Kong, a sixty-six year old man joined a swimming competition, and felt not well while swimming and asked for help. He died in ambulance on way to hospital. It was a headline news in newspaper because he was a famous person who just retired from a CEO position in a big organization of Watsons.
Later, he was found out that he had high cholesterol, and had a minor operation in his heart. He was not qualified to join strenuous exercise to which doctor knows well. But, his doctor friends did not advise him or stop him. If his doctor could advise him seriously, such tragedy might not happen to this unfortunate gentleman since age at sixty-six was a golden age to this a retired man.
