Plan To Reduce Weight

In wartime, material short, people not enough food to eat, there was no fat problem, but we are now at peace time, material plenty, fat problem has come to our life.
Nowadays, everyone in the world face a fat problem. No one wants to be fat, especially the young ladies whose life principle is to be slim to be attractive to live a happy life.
But in the reality of our life, to reduce our body weight is so difficult. On the contrary, to increase is so easy, a full dinner able to add weight of one pound or two.
Not only ladies wish to reduce weight, even men of middle age also pay much attention to reduce weight. It is because over-weight will bring them clumsy in daily movement and also bring many kinds of illness to them.
To old people, fat is fatal. If an old person is fat, sickness such as high blood pressure, heart trouble, diabetes mellitus and some strange illness will fall upon them.
If you have determination to reduce weight, you must have a plan, say at least to reduce ten pounds in six months. You must reduce slowly by eating less in every meal. To eat more in the breakfast is of no big influence, lunch moderated, but to dinner, you must eat very little, even no eating. Besides, you must have a scale at your home. You must weight every day at fix time to adjust weight according to your plan.
