Factors Of Long Life

Many people who live a long life, but they do not know why they can live so long. Through a study by scientists who find that those who live a long life are living their daily life very regularly. They get up at regular hour, eating same food every day, sleeping at a fixed hour.
Few centuries ago, there was in England a man who lived up to one hundred fifty two of age. The king of England at that time heard the news and arouse his interest of how could a human live so long?
For curiosity, he invited this old man to his palace and entertained him with good food and comfortable lodging, entirely a different life from what of his own.
After ten days he came back home from palace. But, the ending was sad that only after few days back from palace, he died at home without any sign of illness.
It was very clear that he broke his life regularity while he was at palace. Therefore, we can know that for old people it was so important to live his regular life, breaking of which will endanger his life in one way or another.
Nowadays, many people live up to eighty and some to ninety, few to one hundred. It entirely depends upon how we live our life. The way is simple, just to have enough sleep, balanced food, and adequate exercise. Beside you must have a peaceful mood. If you can keep your life in such style, you will then live up to one hundred even unknowingly by yourself.
