Fat, Everyone Afraid

Everyone is afraid of getting fat. That is why nowadays people are mostly inclined to take a good precaution of controlling body weight.
It is true that fat is not only to make you an ugly looking in body shape, especially to ladies, but also it will cause you to have many kinds of illness in your body.
But the reality is that to increase weight is so easy and to reduce weight is so difficult. It is because we cannot control our mouth. We eat more food in calories than our consumption. Slowly by more calories in our body, we finally become a fat person whose looking even we ourselves hate to be.
Somebody says that eat less, exercise more are the ways to reduce weight. But, the reality is not so that if you eat less you have no energy to exercise. Besides, if you have more exercise, you must eat more to replace the consumption of your energy. This system is not workable.
If you are determined to reduce your weight, you must have a plan, to reduce weight at least six-month planning. You cannot reduce weight in a month time.
First thing to reduce weight is to eat less. This is the basic principle. But, once you eat less, you will have less energy. In such case, you need more sleep, more rest, not to be too active in your daily life. Then, you can decide how many pounds you wish to reduce to make your body a fit looking.
