No Move To Sleep

When we, sometime, awake from dream in the middle of night, we cannot sleep any more. But, we are so eager to fall into dream again to have a good sleep in preparation of good spirit for work tomorrow. In many times, it is against our wish to have a good sleep again.
If such situation happens occasionally, it is of no problem to us, but if we awake in the middle of the night every night, the problem is serious. We have to see doctor to have a proper cure, otherwise our life during the day will be nervous and unable to handle thing properly.
To young people, sleep has no problem to them. They can fall into sleep in a few minutes as soon as they lie on bed.
Only to the middle –aged person, it is a serious problem to them. They need to work hard during the day to perform their work and responsibility. They must have a good sleep in the night.
But, if you can apply your body not to move in bed for fifteen minutes or more, it will help you in some degree. It is not difficult to do so. As long as you lie on bed peacefully and close your eyes, slowly you will fall into sleep again. Avoid not to take sleeping pills which in the beginning may be effective, but through certain period, sleeping pills will slowly lose its effect. Besides, sleeping pills have side effects to hurt other parts of your body. Better not to take pills.
