Hungry To Reduce Weight

If you wish to reduce weight quickly, you just keep yourself hungry and eat less every day. In such a way, you may reduce three or four pounds in a week.
The first week is easier to do so, because what you have reduced is all the rubbish in your stomach and the extra fat in the whole of your body. But, when you come to second week, you will lose your muscle if you eat less. To this you must be very careful or your health will be much hurted.
That is why many people are successful in reducing weight in first week and against their expectation, the weight in the second week comes back again. All the effort has been wasted. That is the situation for all the people who wish to reduce, almost all over the world.
Therefore, to reduce weight of a little bit is easy, but to reduce more is extremely difficult. It needs very stubborn will power and persistence. Lacking of this will surely bring you failure in your plan to reduce weight.
You can reduce your weight, but never reduce your muscle without which you cannot be a strong person and easy to catch any illness easily.
Everybody wishes slim and hate fat, but, in order to realize our dream, we should control our mouth every day in our life, to eat enough just to keep our body alive and healthy.
