Sleep

Everybody knows that sleep is very important to our life, but still many people reduce their sleep hours to work or to play. It is all right to young people, but to the older people over fifty, the consequence may be serious to their health.
As long as we have enough sleep, our sickness will be much minimized, and of course, no need to take any medicine of any kind. Sleep makes our body strong in ill resistance which is the best medicine in our life.
Sufficient sleep brings our sprits high and we feel the world so beautiful and friendly. But, lack of sleep will make our head dizzy and inclines to think that the world belongs to us no more.
Western people speak always about “Sleeping Beauty” which shows that a beautiful girl needs ample sleep to support, failing on which will disqualify the outlook of a beautiful girl.
Turtle has a long life. It is because it always lie in a state of sleep which makes its heart to beat very slow. On the contrary, rat movement is very fast, and it can only live two years owing to its high beat in heart.
If you want to cherish your life, you must sleep enough. Of course, you can enjoy your life on what you wish to do, but do not take your time from sleep hours or you shall have no energy to sing a song of “Beautiful Sunday”.
