Muscle

Muscle is so important to our body. As muscle is closely attached to our bones which, then, shall not suffer wounds if hard articles hit our body.
But, not everyone has strong muscle. Thin person does not have good muscle to protect his bones which are easily to be hurt if his body hits something hard.
Fat people seem to have a lot of muscle, but they are all fats, with very weak muscles in their body. It is true that when they fall, they are not easy to get hurt. But, the result will be more serious, and they will suffer stroke or blood vessel blockade. It is because they have too much fat in their blood vessels.
Good muscle is not easy to have. You have to exercise regularly to build a strong muscle by which you will have a good body resistance to resist anything which may hurt you.
Except you are young persons who have strong muscles by age. Once you have entered the period of mid-aged, muscle has to be obtained by training, neglecting which will render you weak muscle slowly and disappeared.
If an old person has muscle in his body, he will not die. Muscle is a symbol of his life to live on. Only when one day, his muscle is gone, his date of death is near.
