Meditation

If we wish to live healthy and a long life. We must keep ourselves always in a state of peaceful mind, similar to meditation.
When our mind is at peace, we can handle our life or anything which comes to us more logically and more reasonably.
Actually, in our human life, when we get up from bed every morning, we will face many things or problems from our own or from others. If our heart is not peaceful, we shall live our life in a disturbance of mind and feel unhappy all the time, knowing not what is the reason.
Meditation is good to build a peace in our mind, but it is a little inconvenient. We need to sit down in a quiet place and then to start meditation.
But, we can apply a peaceful mind at any occasion even we are at walk, at work or under a noisy place. What we need is our heart which must be in a state of peace.
As far as health is concerned, peaceful mind is absolutely necessary. We can see from an example of a turtle which can live a longer life, in average of over one hundred years. It is because it always keeps itself in a slow movement, never be in hurry in all its life. We, human, should learn the spirit of turtle to live a longer life to near or over one hundred years.
