Reducing Weight Difficult

To reduce weight is not difficult. You just eat less and weight will automatically come down. But, if you reduce your weight this way, your health will be greatly hurt. Some young ladies, in order to keep their body slim, eat very little below their body requirement, with a consequence of many illness following.
We must control our body weight, otherwise we shall be fat in our shape, not only ugly in looking, but also many kinds of sickness will appear inside our body.
But, how to reduce our weight without hurting our health, the road is long and difficult. We have to eat a little less every day, to adjust in a quantity to keep our health in good condition and still our weight comes down ounce by ounce, slowly and healthily. We need a stubborn will power and a great insistence.
Almost, to control weight is our whole life job. We have to control our mouth every day in every meal, especially in dinner time. In our Chinese saying: “If you eat less in dinner, you can live up to ninety nine.”
At the time of reducing weight, we must exercise. By exercise, the weight gone is only the fat and we still keep our muscle which is the strong foundation of our body.
