Where Sickness Comes

We are human, a body of flesh and having sickness is normal. But, most sickness comes from our ignorance. If we have more knowledge to prevent it from happening, many kinds of sickness will not fall upon us.
Everybody wishes to live a longer life, not to die early. In today’s record, Chinese people are to live at an average age of eighty, some to ninety, few to one hundred.
To live healthy, to live long, we need to take care of our body every day. First, we must have sufficient sleep which is the basic to keep our health. Then, food is, of course, important. Without food we cannot survive. But, we have to maintain a balance diet, not to eat a particular food which we like. A simple way of eating is to combine meat and vegetable equally, preferably more vegetable.
Next drinking water is very important. The more water we drink the better health we have. It is because water can clean our blood vessel, digesting away dirty ingredients which pile up in our vessel.
Sickness to young people is rare, but to most middle aged people, great care must be taken; otherwise sickness of any kind will be a frequent visitor to them. For old people, sickness is normal because death to old people is through sickness beforehand.
