Peaceful Mood

In today’s world, many people are living under a life of high speed and constant pressure which certainly hurt our health to a great extent. It is therefore, necessary to study how we keep a peaceful mind under pressure.
In the Chinese medical field, people think that if we always keep a peaceful mind, our health will surely be good. But, it would not be practical. We are human and it is normal that we will have anger, happiness, sadness, and exciting in our daily life, otherwise we are same as animals.
The question is that we should learn how to regulate our emotion under unexpected situation. We must be calm under pressure.
To enjoy is part of our life which is not a bad thing, but we must not go too far to enjoy over our limit which will hurt our health and bring us illness of many kinds.
Marx said that a good wonderful heart is better than a lot of medicine to release our fatigue from mentally and physically. Also the health definition of the World Health Organization is the perfect balance of your body and heart.
Therefore, we must keep our emotion, sentiment, passion, thinking in a peaceful balanced condition to meet any problem which may fall upon us at any time unexpectedly.
