Health Books

In these recent decades, there are many books about health selling aggressively in the book stores. These books are somewhat different from normal health books such as in the names of “How to Breathe Healthily” “Clash Hands” “Press Front-Part Waist” “Feet Thumbs Touching Each Other”. Those books have been published in Taiwan and they put strange advertisement to attract readers.
In fact, to breathe healthily needs special teaching from teachers. It is dangerous to learn form a book. To clash hands is, of course, no harm to our body, but we cannot see a particular benefit to our health. As to press our hands on the front-part of waist, we do not see what the good result will be. To clash two feet-thumbs together is only a kind of minor exercise.
Those books belong to the personal ideas of the writers, no special effect be found to benefit our health.
For many Chinese, “Tai Chi” exercise is the best for them and stretching is also very good to our health. But, these two exercises need our long time to practice which may take few years to get result.
If we are lazy, we can apply a very free style and a simple way to exercise. We just move our body freely in any style, throwing our hands and feet to the air and jump our body as high as possible to make our blood circulation running quickly.
