Vegetables In Five Colours

Since ancient time we human had corns and plants from ground as food to live our life. But, in recent centuries, people have eaten more meat than vegetables, and as a consequence many strange sicknesses have attacked our body such as heart attack, high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes mellitus etc.
However, vegetarian has been again popular in the past decades. It is because the people found that meat is the main reason to cause us to suffer curious illness. Therefore, vegetables are better to keep our body healthily. Different colour vegetables have different effects.
Those colours are: red, yellow, white, green and black. Red represents tomato, yellow pumpkin, white radish, green vegetables, and black fungus. As long as we eat those five kinds of vegetables evenly, we shall have good results to our body.
In the medical books written by ancient doctors and also in the King’s medicine book which was written four thousand years ago, there clearly pointed out that different colour of vegetables has a definite cure purpose in different way.
It has been regarded that deep colour is better than shallow colour. We need to eat more vegetables to clean our stomach which has key important function to keep our health.
