Vegetarian

Nowadays many people propose to eat more vegetables which have no fat in its content. This is to have less chance of getting curious illness which is popular in recent years.
But, whether to eat vegetables is really good to our body? It is something we need to discuss. If we only eat vegetable without meat, it is not good to keep our body in good physical condition.
We need to eat a balanced diet, more vegetables, less meat to balance our health evenly, Chinese monks eat vegetables only, but their lives are not very long, seldom to live over eighty.
For some vegetables, we had better eat uncooked in order to keep vitamin C in its content. We can see many cows in the plain who only eat green grass, but they are so strong and powerful.
Horses only eat dried nourished grass, but they can run so fast for over hundred miles without stopping. That shows hay has a great deal of vitamins in its content.
For human, it is better to eat meat and vegetables together, especially that vegetables underground, such as potato, radish and so on, are extremely good for health.
