If we have mood of anger, it will surely harm every part of our organs in the body reducing our power to resist germs of sickness which is waiting to attack us when our body is in a weak state. To keep a peaceful mind, you have to learn the following: 1. Do not have high expectation from other people. If someone cannot fulfill what you want him to do, tolerate him. Human is not perfect. 2. Do not put your goal too high other than your abilities. 3. Sometimes we have to bow before difficulties. As long as key point is protected, minor thing should be neglected. 4. Control your anger which may lead you to do something foolish. Better to stop anger beforehand than to regret afterwards. 5. When we meet something which may annoy us. Put it aside and do something we like. 6. At one time, we only do one thing especially we must know which is important and which not. 7. Keep a positive mind and use more words to admire others. |
