Eat Rightly

Many people regard that to eat food before sleep is not good. It is so generally. But, in reality, we have to eat food before sleep which is dinner. If dinner is too close to sleep, it may not be good. Therefore, we have to keep a three-hour distance between dinner and sleeping time.
The question is that after a day’s hard work, we surely eat more food in dinner time and beside, dinner is the time to relax our body. The only time to enjoy our food is in dinner time.
What we have to watch is not to eat too much oily food in dinner time. Much meat is not so good for our stomach to digest while we sleep. For safety of our health, more vegetable should be eaten than meat.
To send nutrition to every corner of our organs in our body, we must keep a peaceful sentiment when we eat. Never eat when we are in angry mood.
When we are young, we will have health deposit automatically. But when we reach fifty of age or more, we have to labour ourself to make healthy deposit by ourself. That is that we have to take care of our body more seriously, to have ample sleep, to eat food balancely, to keep adequate exercise regularly, to keep our mood in a peaceful manner. If we are careless, devil of sickness will visit us and in the worst case, it may take our life away.
